TERMS & CONDITIONS
Here at tinybird each piece of jewellery is carefully hand made in England. some of the pieces available for purchase from our website are made and finalized specially to order, So we kindly ask that you please be aware of our delivery times.
We are a small intimate brand only carrying limited stock and can only dispatch certain items for next day delivery. Please allow a possible 7 to 10 days from the date that you place your order, until your jewellery is dispatched for delivery.
The fine 18ct solid gold May take up to 4 to 6 weeks to make before it is ready to be dispatched for delivery.
If you require your order for a specific date please let us know and we will try our best if possible.
Royal Mail special delivery - FREE for our UK customers.
This insured and trackable service requires a signature for delivery. Once shipped your order should arrive in 1 day.
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service - £12.00
Up to 10 days once shipped. All orders are sent by a secure track able courier and will require a signature for delivery. If you order more than one item in the same transaction to the same address; there will be no extra delivery charge.
International delivery may incur additional import/duty charges that are out of our control. These charges must be paid for by the recipient.
Your jewellery will arrive in our tinybird packaging. We make every effort to ensure our items are packaged securely for their journey to you.
LATE OR LOST DELIVERIES
If your jewellery is delayed please don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the dispatch (30 for international deliveries) as this is when Royal Mail classes items as lost.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE
We hope you love your jewellery! But if you are not satisfied with any of your order, items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in there original condition, with packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless faulty.
Please use a trackable courier when returning or exchanging your items. Tinybird jewellery is not responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit. Please include a note including your name with the item(s).
Once we receive your returned item, providing it is undamaged, unworn and in its original state with packaging; your account will be credited for the products amount or exchanged.
Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the precious metal market.
